  • Identifying essential parts order levels raising purchase orders.
  • Communicate/ negotiate with suppliers for price discounts and all other spare parts related issues.
  • Liase with local and global suppliers for new/recurring orders and ensure delivery of goods in a timely basis.
  • Develop bid packages for service and material requirements.
  • Select and develop new suppliers and business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team across functions frequently.
  • Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field from Tier 1 universities.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with good track record
  • Have exposure to contracts bench marking
  • Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
  • Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
