In three months:
- Become familiar with each client brands and expectations.
- Understand current influencer and partners/vendors.
- Learn the internal workflow between account, strategists, and influencer specialists.
- Ability to comprehend the brand brief properly.
- Comfortable researching and creating influencer recommendations.
- Create influencers Selection to meet client expectation and KPI.
- Develop basic reports on excel.
- Manage influencers contract and payment requests through external partners.
- Able to create and run an influencer campaign from brief to report.
- Confident to collaborate with clients about types of contents and influencers selection that suitable for the campaign.
- Comfortable talking to and presenting directly to clients when necessary.
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. peers, clients, partners).
- Develop reports and/or insights to clients when needed and/or at the end of the campaign.
- Educate internal team about influencer research/trends and its values.
- Contribute to influencers database by spotting & adding new influencers.
- Expert in Beauty Influencers landscape.
- Build and maintain strong and long term relationship with engaged influencers.
- Provide insight and good suggestions for running campaigns using influencers.
- Assists strategies and tactics that are new and cutting edge together with Strategist.
- Recommend the use of new tools to improve research and reporting capabilities.
- Have a strong reputation within GroupM and outside partners.
- Day is split between independent work and collaborative meetings.
- Meetings are set to help you understand campaign objectives.
- Individual work will focus on:
- Market research
- Influencer research
- Creating influencers recommendations and presentations
- Project management for active campaigns.
- Monitor and manage the performances.
- Reporting for completed campaigns.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to communicate.
- Ability to be organized and prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines.
- Basic understanding of influencers and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in influencer or publisher industry
- Understand influencer landscape overall
- Have good experiences on handling Influencer marketing project.
- Knowledge of creative/media agency ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good in English and Indonesian language
- Beauty Enthusiast is a plus point
