Local Activation & Engagement Associate

• Identify, approach, and manage relationships with local partners (such as pet-friendly apartments, malls, cafes, pet communities, and pet-related businesses) to drive collaborations and local activations.
• Take initiative in proposing and developing activation ideas based on location, occasion, or campaign goals (e.g., apartment lobby pop-ups, coffee shop takeovers, dog community meetups).
• Execute offline marketing activities, including but not limited to

• Door-to-door flyer distribution
• Booth activations / pop-up stands
• Community-based events or educational sessions
• Collaboration with local tenants or small businesses
• Handle event logistics, location scouting, and day-of execution support for modernvet’s offline presence
• Build and maintain a network of local partners, communities, and micro-influencers to grow brand presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure brand voice is consistent across online and offline channels
• Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and DMs across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in a timely and engaging manner.
• Identify social trends, feedback loops, and engagement opportunities to help modernvet stay connected to its community

• Min. 1 year experience in partnerships, offline marketing, community engagement, or social media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable with both fieldwork and online interaction)
• Proactive and creative thinker who enjoys solving challenges and building from scratch.
• Familiar with pet care industry or lifestyle/consumer brand space is a plus.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business, and Facebook tools.
• Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or off-site activities
