Job Description - Provide legal advice, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing all internal and external company agreements and documentation related to all company matters - Assist the company in handling all consumers in preparation for PPJB and AJB with the Notary Public/PPAT and in preparing legal documents - Draft PPJB and Option PPJB - Involved in the analytical process with the internal legal team concerning various regulations and legal issues related to property and business law - Provide alternative recommendations and proposals for changes in laws and regulations to management in response to legal issues - Review and monitor the company's policies and relevant government regulations - Support superiors in preparing legal documents for meetings - Perform other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law, from a reputable university - Business-level English - Min. 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant Manager, preferably in Property, Law Firm, Bank, or Foreign Company (PMA) - Strong skills in handling corporate legal matters and a solid understanding of litigation processes - In-depth knowledge of relevant Indonesian laws related to property and foreign investment
