Project Control Manager (Property)

• Manage and oversee project controls for engineering and construction projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, monitoring, and quality review.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Directors and Project Managers.
• Supervise and guide the work of project control employees.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and maintain baseline schedules and costs from project inception to completion.
• Provide training to project management teams to ensure best practices.
• Review and reconcile schedules and costs between consultants, construction managers, and contractors.
• Assist Project Managers in reviewing contractors' detailed schedules and cost reports.
• Prepare variance-at-completion analyses and review change orders.
• Conduct time impact analyses and develop recovery schedules.

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project controls within engineering or construction, preferably in the property sector.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
