- Manage and oversee project controls for engineering and construction projects.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, monitoring, and quality review.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Directors and Project Managers.
- Supervise and guide the work of project control employees.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and maintain baseline schedules and costs from project inception to completion.
- Provide training to project management teams to ensure best practices.
- Review and reconcile schedules and costs between consultants, construction managers, and contractors.
- Assist Project Managers in reviewing contractors' detailed schedules and cost reports.
- Prepare variance-at-completion analyses and review change orders.
- Conduct time impact analyses and develop recovery schedules.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project controls within engineering or construction, preferably in the property sector.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
