- Provide expertise on cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace) and assist in their adoption.
- Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Analyze and resolve IT infrastructure issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user management, configurations, and security settings.
- Able to assist in administering and troubleshooting public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure integration with on-premise solutions.
- Coordinate the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and networking components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Provide help desk support, managing and resolving tickets in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on root-cause analysis and solution implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and implement effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain security protocols for network management and infrastructure, including Ubiquiti/MikroTik and OR Cisco/Palo Alto firewalls and VPNs.
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure Management or IT Support, with a focus on troubleshooting, configuration, and system optimization.
- Proven experience with strong proficiency, Minimum 2 years in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, AWS, Azure, or GCP management, with experience in hybrid cloud environments.
- In-depth experience in Windows Client, MacOS, Android, IOS, IpadOS, AzureAD, Microsoft Account, and Apple ID.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications, help desk software, and managing remote work environments.
- Familiarity of network management, including Cisco/Palo Alto/Ubiquiti/MikroTik firewall configuration, network security protocols, and VPN setup.
- Experience with server management (Windows, Linux).
- Proactive problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate IT infrastructure needs and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and support users effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of service.
- Required language(s): English.
- CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructures in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience with IT governance frameworks.
