We're looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies, manage full-cycle hiring processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging both active and passive candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.What you'll do:

Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
Build diverse talent pipelines through referrals, events, and sourcing tools.
Partner with HR Operations and IT to support onboarding.
Continuously improve recruitment processes with data, market knowledge, and business acumen.

What we're looking for:

1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
Strong sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networks).
Experience hiring across different functions and partnering with leadership.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Start-up recruitment experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English is required.
