- Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through referrals, events, and sourcing tools.
- Partner with HR Operations and IT to support onboarding.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes with data, market knowledge, and business acumen.
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
- Strong sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networks).
- Experience hiring across different functions and partnering with leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Start-up recruitment experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
