Lead the planning, design, and technical support of GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G radio access networks
Execute radio network optimization using standard delivery frameworks and processes
Customize delivery solutions and implement project strategies with client communication
Conduct RF performance analysis and troubleshoot network KPIs to ensure optimal delivery
Work with diverse teams to achieve high-quality deployment and end-user satisfaction
Support both short-term and long-term overseas project assignments as needed

Work on high-impact 5G and multi-technology projects with international exposureOpportunity to grow within a global, tech-driven, and multicultural organization

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields
5+ years of proven experience in RF planning and optimization
Strong knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G technologies and cellular architecture
Skilled in network performance analysis, protocol layers, and optimization tools
Experience with multi-vendor environments is highly preferred
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Culturally adaptable and open to international travel or assignments
Open for Expatriates, preferrably who has been working in Indonesia
