Job Responsibilities:Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security systems, applications).Manage email servers, domains, hosting, and related services.Perform regular system backups, updates, and patching.Document infrastructure, procedures, and system configurations.Coordinate with internal and external vendors.Provide technical support (Level 1–3).Prepare periodic reports on IT infrastructure and development recommendations.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.2–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Networking.Proficient in server OS (Linux/Windows).Experienced with network devices (Mikrotik, Fortigate, Cisco, Aruba, Ruijie).Knowledge of virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ntopng, etc.).Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
