- Lead and manage a Fare Load team, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Perform and oversee quality checks on load processes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of findings.
- Lead the Fare Load process for content accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Work closely with the Fare Load and Operations teams to ensure data quality
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify discrepancies, pricing errors, duplicates, and procedural violations.
- Review and validate team findings, providing guidance and coaching where necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for Fare Load escalations and process-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the Load, Product, and Contracts teams to reduce Load Error Write-Offs and improve process efficiency.
- Present insights, root cause analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team adheres to internal Fare Load procedures and support process documentation updates.
- Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and development planning for QA team members.
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in a QA or data analysis function, managing a team of at least 5 people.
- Strong attention to detail, with a structured and problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with large data sets and cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and/or public holidays.
- Willing to relocate between Jakarta and BSD as needed.
