
Payroll Team Leader

- Prepares and calculates client's monthly payroll sheets
- Supervise payroll disbursement to the employees and send payslips to each employee.
- Conduct and supervise employee onboarding processes.
- Provide expert consultation and technical support to clients and employees regarding HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and audit client and employee records in both electronic and paper form.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and deliver routine reports to clients and supervisors regarding ongoing payroll projects.
- Reviews Monthly internal reconciliation of clients
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all payroll-related reports.
- Work closely with internal departments (finance, account executives, and others), vendors, and clients to streamline payroll operations.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and process efficiency.
- Review and manage client invoicing processes.
- Review and oversee client BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and calculation
- Review and oversee client income taxation (PPh 21)
- Review and manage client employee database, personal documents, employment contracts and official letters
- Review and manage internal spreadsheets including regular report to Finance
- Other relevant tasks if needed
- Provide mentorship and guidance to payroll officers.
- Assist in setting up equipment and tools (Laptops, HRIS, etc)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and hands-on in HR (payroll or compensation & benefits including PPh 21 taxation)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Human Resources, Legal or equivalent
- Proficient in HR policies, including the usage of HRIS
- Good understanding in income taxation (PPh 21/26) – compliance, calculation and reporting – including the usage of relevant platforms (e.g. CORETAX, eSPT, etc.). Having Brevet A & B certification will be an added advantage
- Detailed and well-organized person, passionate in administration
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
- Experience in Employee of Record (EoR), outsourcing company, tax consultancy or HR consultancy will be a major advantage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel)
- Ready for hybrid working arrangement, including working from our office in Kuningan, South Jakarta
- Work Set up: Hybrid - Satrio Tower 26th Floor Unit C-D Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav. C4 Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 8:30am - 5:30pm Jakarta time
