Supervise daily service operations, assign table sections, and assist staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Ensure high quality, culturally appropriate service, including traditional Chinese dining customs like tea service and banquet etiquette
Oversee table setups, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area according to Chinese restaurant standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required)
Hands on in guest service and table management, with strong attention to detail.
Good coordination and teamwork with service and culinary teams.
Opening experience will be a valuable asset
