Greet guest warmly, manage reservations, and escort them to their tables while ensuring a pleasant first impression with Chinese hospitality.
Assist with menu explanations, accommodate special request or dietary needs, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Build rapport with regular and VIP guest, remember preferences, and support serving staff in delivering personalized and culturally respectful dining experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required.)
Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written) and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guest
Strong customer service skills and presentable grooming.
Team player with a proactive and warm personality
