- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer projects under the Industrial Services Business Unit at TUV SUD Indonesia. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in inspection services within the oil & gas or power plant sectors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver customer orders in accordance with the scope and terms of contract and/or purchase order, with individual project
- Develop and implement a Project Execution Plan, including governance structure, reporting cadence, and project review mechanisms.
- Coordinate and secure all necessary resources, tools, and manpower to meet project execution standards and timelines.
- Ensure timely progress and high-quality outcomes of deliverables, including compliance documentation, acceptance reports, and invoicing support.
- Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients (e.g., Steering Committees), focusing on status updates, forecast-to-completion, and action/mitigation plans.
- Provide technical support during tender preparation and proposal submission in coordination with the Sales team.
- Oversee QIMS (Quality Information Management System) implementation and project documentation according to company policy.
- Support resource sourcing, especially for site-based inspection and technical support roles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, QA, and Service Development teams for both project execution and pipeline growth.
- Maintain awareness and application of industry standards and regulations related to inspection and industrial services.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Proven track record in managing field-based inspection projects, particularly in oil & gas or power plant sectors.
- Familiarity with service call contracts, where performance directly impacts project continuation or resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in complex technical environments.
- Capable of supporting technical sales efforts, including proposal development and customer engagement.
- Experience with NDT tools and inspection services is highly valued.
- Qualified as a Senior Inspector or Auditor is preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel frequently to project and client sites.
