We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Senior Insurance Telemarketers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, introducing insurance products to potential customers, and ensuring excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of our insurance business.Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and effectively present insurance products.
Build strong relationships with potential clients to generate sales opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle inquiries, objections, and negotiations in a professional manner to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Telemarketer or Sales Representative, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools is a plus.
Based in Jakarta and willing to work from the office if required.
