- Manage customer database- Reply to messages from customers through CRM system- Conduct inbound sales to customers- Confirming orders from customers- Arrange and schedule booking schedules from customers- Build good relationships with customers- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets that have been set.- Make sales reports:- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (experience through chat is preferred)- High school, D3, or S1 education from all majors- Can operate Ms Office, Excel, Spreadsheet.- Familiar with written communication / CRM system- Have good communication skills and business understanding- Accustomed to working with certain achievement targets- Willing to work in shifting and WFO- Placement at Kebayoran Lama Head Office (South Jakarta)
