- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue.
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
- Achieve Sales Target.
- Establish and manage the business relationship in selected market areas and target new business opportunities.
- Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
- Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience preferably with IT sales experience in Government Sector or Financial, and Banking Sector (B2B / B2G)
- Have a good ability to sell IT Products (Software / Hardware)
- Communicate persuasively and follow through with actions and decisions with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
- Holding Accounts/Databases that have been handled
- Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self-driven.
- Energetic, fast learner & smart, Dress neatly
- Willing to work hard under pressure.
- Graduated from a reputable University with all majors.
