- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / IT Field
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Excellent Communication skills
- Target oriented and able to work under deadline
- Have a knowledge to 3Dolphins Product included Chatbot, Omni Channel, and Whatsapp Broadcast
- Set target and strategy of sales
- To deliver high quality services to the Clients
- Building relation with all client and prospective clients
- Follow up and monitoring clients need fulfilment
