As our Sales & Marketing manager for Indonesia, you will be assisting and taking on responsibilities in various Marketing related matters, with focus on partnerships and collaborations. You will also be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new wholesale opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding the company's market presence in Indonesia.This position is an excellent opportunity to work with a large community of creative individuals and gain international experience. Originally established in 1992 by a group of offbeat students as an art movement, but fuelled by fiery passion and burning curiosity, the Lomographic Society soon grew into an international company.Develop and implement strategies to enhance community contribution and sales in IndonesiaReport online sales and marketing activities to regional office and HQLocalize and execute international marketing concepts adapted for the Indonesia marketCollaborate with partners from the media, photography, fashion, music, cinema, and similar industries for online or offline projectsOrganize and manage Lomography product testsBuild and nurture excellent relations with pressManage local social media accounts for IndonesiaLocalize and schedule newsletters for the Indonesia contacts listManage the magazine publications and interviews onOrganize community events (workshops, photowalks, exhibitions, online competition, giveaways etc.) in IndonesiaLocalize online and printed materials in Indonesia languageDevelop strong partnerships with our store network and look to increase their sales volumes year-on-year.Work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing projects and events.Research, pitch and manage new potential accounts to ensure strategic coverage of accounts across the market.Represent Lomography at key strategic events such as trade shows and meet-ups.Ensure our product displays are eye-catching and situated in prominent positions within our partner stores, following our brand guidelines to maintain consistency.Create status reports for your markets and feedback to teammates.Your ProfileA study major or experience in business, management, sales & marketingComputer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Interested in working in a multicultural, international company/environment.Willingness to travel.An interest in or knowledge of analogue photography!Your PersonalityPassion for Lomography and analogue photography, strong interest in brand & business development, sales & marketing.Enjoy problem-solving.Strong work ethic, extremely well organized and concise.Understanding of the importance of strong professional relationships.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Like a challenge, always finding ways to go above and beyond required tasks!Media-savvy and up-to-date on news and trends.Creative and willing to think outside the box.Understanding of the importance of strong professional relationshipsAble to work autonomously and proactively, as well as part of a teamMust show great organization skills and the ability to meet deadlinesLocation: Preferably located in Jakarta.What we OfferFull-Time ContractorImmediately available for hiringCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and development
