  • Design and implement national inventory management strategies across all warehouses.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for handling medical devices, consumables, and buffer stock.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and adherence to healthcare distribution standards.
  • Develop real-time dashboards for national inventory visibility and control.
  • Integrate ERP/WMS with monitoring systems for forecasting and auditing aligned with business needs.
  • Analyze demand trends and prepare national forecasts along with buffer stock standards.
  • Optimize inter-warehouse stock transfers to maximize space efficiency and reduce idle assets.
  • Supervise and coach warehouse teams while fostering collaboration across warehouse locations.
  • Establish restocking schedules based on consumption, demand, and sales projections.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Procurement, Finance) to ensure timely availability and MRP execution.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputable university in Indonesia.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, with at least 3 years in leading multi-warehouse management.
  • Experience in the medical device industry and with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical skills and complex problem-solving ability; detail-oriented and systematic.
