- Leading hardware system installations at customer mine sites, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and to specifications.
- Overseeing Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) processes at the RMA workshop, including the handling of shipments and repairs.
- Collaborating closely with the hardware supervisor to plan and execute installation and repair projects.
- Providing hands-on guidance and support to technicians during installation and repair activities.
- Conducting quality checks on all hardware repairs to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
- Documenting all processes, installations, and repairs meticulously to maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Staying updated on the latest hardware technologies and trends to continuously improve operational efficiencies and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of hardware systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects, especially in hardware installations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to various audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
