We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As an GxP Training Administration you are tasked to assist in implementation of GxP Training administration and Certification, and responsible for administration/utilization of Learning Management System at Batam. In this role, a typical day will include:Responsibilities:

Manage the completion of GxP Training Plan as defined for the site.
Ensure monitoring of timely training completion for management and operational associates.
Administration for the global learning management system for site to provide a consistent platform for management of training activities.
Ensure certification and training readiness for new operations and product transfer.
Working with respective function to manage GxP Training Certification program.

What Can You Bring to Alcon:

Associate degree or higher in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent
Need to at least understand GxP
Minimum 1 year experience, preferred in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
Experience in leading a project would be added advantage
