Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.What You Will Do:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centered solutions for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
Create high-fidelity UI, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that are visually appealing and consistent across devices.
Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders, providing insight into design decisions and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep your work innovative and relevant.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in design for web and mobile applications.
Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, design aesthetics, and pixel-perfect execution.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Framer.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with business and product strategy.
A portfolio showcasing well-crafted, visually appealing designs and problem-solving skills.
