About the RoleAs a Product Designer (Web Applications) at Gojek, you'll play a crucial role in designing enterprise and consumer responsive web applications. Your work will help impact products across work streams with respect to increase in bookings and transactions and enable business users to save time and reduce costs in their daily operational tasks, shaping the future of On-Demand-Services. Design Web product experiences keeping in mind user needs and Design System compliance.
Collaborate with multiple product teams to solve user problems by defining scope, problem statements, user journeys, iterating design solutions and facilitating development handover.
Communicate with stakeholders and dependent teams to maintain transparency with respect to timelines, updates and feedback.
Conduct design reviews internally with the WebX team and larger product teams before development handover.
Follow and maintain the WebX process and share areas of improvements and suggestions.

What You Will Need

At least one year of experience in designing digital product solutions.
Proficiency in Figma.
Basic understanding of Design Systems.
Problem solving using multiple iterations for end-to-end use cases.
Articulating design decisions with well-supported rationale.
