- BD database infrastructure (CRM/Pipeline Management):
- Provides statistical reports and data for stakeholders by running recurring and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Performing analysis to assess the quality of the Pipeline data.
- Performing pipeline data cleansing and updating through communication with the data owner to ensure accuracy.
- Educate users on the CRM system’s functionality and procedure and provide support on user issues.
- Suggest recommendations on program and system improvements
- Work seamlessly with the regional system development team on CRM system’s enhancement
- Engage and collaborate with relevant departments/personnel to ensure the system works effectively and the data is consistent across the system.
- Bid administrative process:
- Do research on administrative documents and requirements in the bid process.
- Prepare administrative documents needed in the bid/pursuit process (legal and/or finance documents, statement letters and any other administrative requirements from client).
- Liaise with various internal unit teams and ensure all administration documents needed in the bid process according to the key milestone.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge, research and analytical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong knowledge with database management systems, and various business intelligence and analytical tools.
- Demonstrable experience of using data to draw insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environments.
- A good team member, proactive, and with good problem-solving skills.
