
Senior Associate - Consulting - Executive Assistant/Admin/Office Support (Yogyakarta)

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Manage office logistics and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to address any office-related issues.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate project completion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Have 4 – 5 years experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
