Our client, a reputable airline in Papua New Guinea, is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support the Continuing Airworthiness Management Group (CAMG). This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance across aircraft maintenance records, life-limited component tracking, and regulatory procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate documentation of aircraft components tracked via IAS and CAMP.Conduct audits on returned work packs to ensure accuracy and completeness.Track and verify life-limited components against approved maintenance programs.Liaise with internal departments and MRO teams to resolve discrepancies.Support CAMG leadership in addressing safety and compliance findings.Perform spot checks on aircraft and component logbooks for regulatory adherence.Ideal Candidate3+ years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning or Compliance Auditing.Strong knowledge of life-limited components and airworthiness certification.Proficient in using IAS and CAMP systems.Experience with technical records and aviation maintenance documentation.Familiar with store procedures for aircraft components (dispatch/return).Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.Knowledge of PNG civil aviation regulations is an advantage.Skills & AttributesStrong analytical and documentation skills.Team player with a proactive approach.High level of computer literacy.Committed to upholding safety and compliance in all areas of responsibility.Why Join?Work with a passionate aviation team committed to safety and excellence.Engage in meaningful work that directly impacts aircraft airworthiness.Opportunity to grow your career in a reputable aviation organization.Ready to ensure the skies remain safe and compliant?
