Finance Division Head (Healthcare)

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with hospital goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and expenditures; manage internal controls and risk.
• Analyze financial performance to support business decisions and improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and hospital-specific healthcare laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team and nurture internal capability.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in healthcare/hospital finance is strongly preferred (Type B or C private hospitals ideal).
• Strong understanding of hospital cost structure, billing systems, insurance, and cashflow management.
• Familiarity with non-BPJS models and private payor frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working closely with hospital top management and contributing to business direction.
