- Create detailed and reusable test cases and test plans based on functional and technical requirements
- Analyze test results and system behavior to identify patterns of failure or potential product gaps.
- Ensure test evidence and traceability are auditable, in line with financial industry compliance.
- Collaborate actively with developers and product managers to ensure shared quality responsibility.
- Identifies root cause of defects and proposes preventative solutions.
- Accountable for the quality of the product and the effectiveness of the test strategy.
- Builds sustainable testing solutions that evolve with the system.
- Proactively raises quality concerns and ensures visibility of test results across teams.
- Uses metrics (defect rate, test coverage, regression frequency) to prioritize and optimize testing.
- Supports development with fast feedback and test enablement.
- Perform service development in accordance with the requirements of the client.
- Follow standards development from client.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience or certifications/courses, is required.
- Experience in testing financial systems or regulated environments is highly desirable
- Must have at least 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proficient understanding of the company's products & services.
- Strong experience in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experienced with SDLC Software Development Life Cycle methods.
- Experienced with STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Meticulous in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Proficient in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST-assured)
- Able to write test cases using BDD or Gherkin syntax is a plus.
- Experience using QMetry, Xray, TestRail, or similar test management platforms
- Understands software architecture well enough to identify appropriate test layers (unit, API, E2E).
- Comfortable using analytics tools to drive test prioritization based on risk and usage.
