- Engage with merchants, listen to their needs, and maintain Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Create impactful campaigns through co-marketing partnerships to benefit both customers and partners.
- Use data-driven insights to assess ROI and KPIs, aiming to increase basket size and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to uphold service and food quality among partners.
- Help build a strong team and establish processes to effectively serve and grow our main merchant relationships.
- 3 or more years of experience of sales business development, account management or operations
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with partners through account management.
- Experience in driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Talent Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and excelling in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficient in English with Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Enthusiastic about the on-demand delivery industry, in food delivery.
