- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand our market share within Indonesia's financial services sector.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities with large banks, and other major financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the Indonesian banking industry.
- Represent the Company at industry events and conferences to build our brand presence and network.
- You have a proven track record of at least 7 years in business development or enterprise sales, with a specific focus on selling to large banks and financial institutions in Indonesia.
- You have deep knowledge of the Indonesian banking landscape, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You are a skilled negotiator with experience closing large, complex deals.
- You are highly motivated, a self-starter, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
