- Build and manage marketing analytics frameworks - Develop dashboards and reports to track key marketing OKRs.
- Analyze campaign performance and merchant behavior - Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive growth
- Develop predictive models and A/B testing - Improve forecasting, attribution, and marketing spend efficiency on CRM
- Enhance targeting and segmentation - Use data-driven insights to refine merchant segmentation for better conversion and cost efficiency.
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Has over 3 years of experience in analytics, marketing intelligence, or data-driven decision-making roles, preferably within tech, e-commerce, or FMCG industries.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Possesses strong statistical and predictive modeling skills, with experience in A/B testing, forecasting, and attribution analysis.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in marketing performance analysis, merchant segmentation, and ROI optimization.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure alignment of data-driven strategies with company goals.
- Strong in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving data-informed decision-making.
