Demand Planning - Budgeting & Planning, ShopeeFood

• Responsible for ShopeeFood Demand Profit and Loss, including budgeting and forecasting
• To develop overall ShopeeFood demand plan (short-term and long-term) to be aligned with management direction in terms of revenue, cost and transactions (including day to day monitoring)
• Monitoring and forecasting trends in revenue, cost, transactions, promotions and merchant investment. Analyze in detail the collected data to provide thorough reports and results for the related stakeholders
• Collaborate with related stakeholders (Marketing, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Product etc.) to continuously improve on key important metrics
• Prepare / evaluate commercial proposals related to merchant campaign, food specific projects, etc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Data Analytics, or Related Fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Suites (especially Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel).
• Understand basic SQL (Advance skill in SQL is a plus).
• Experience in working with cross functional teams and managing project.
• Exposure to Profit & Loss management
