Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal counsel on manufacturing operations, HSE compliance, labor regulations, and industrial relations matters.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, corporate policies, and international standards.
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external counsel on permits, licenses, and compliance issues.
  • Manage legal risk across operational processes and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support dispute resolution and handle legal investigations or audits related to the manufacturing site.
  • Provide legal training to operational and management teams to strengthen compliance culture.

  • Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university; admitted to the Indonesian Bar (PERADI) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of post-admission legal experience, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, labor law, contract law, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English (written & spoken).
