Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime. - Monitor and control equipment quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. - Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency. - Evaluate and select appropriate machine tools and equipment based on production needs, technological feasibility, and cost-effectiveness. - Maintain detailed documentation for equipment, maintenance schedules, improvement projects, and cost analyses. - Collaborate with production, quality, and other related departments to resolve technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering ・Active English skills ・Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Engineer in a Japanese Automotive or Machinery companies ・Familiarity and proven ability in Kaizening in the production team ・Proactive, detail oriented, and good communication skill ・Willing to work in Cenrtal Java
