  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food service sales at a multinational company.
  • Strong track record of success in sales, business development, and leading a team.
  • Deep knowledge of the Indonesian market and the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), and manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
