- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new accounts across various channels (e.g., QSRs, hotels, restaurants, local distributors).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food service sales at a multinational company.
- Strong track record of success in sales, business development, and leading a team.
- Deep knowledge of the Indonesian market and the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), and manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
