This is a technical and strategic marketing position, which will allow you to act as the industry expert, combining deep market insight with engineering know-how to support our customers and strengthen our position in the F&B sector.Which tasks will you perform?

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the F&B ecosystem in Indonesia, identifying key stakeholders and building strategic relationships to drive business opportunities and long-term growth
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to develop tailored value propositions and application-specific solutions
Collaborate closely with our production centers globally to shape and enhance the F&B portfolio, ensuring offerings are aligned with local market demands
Define, develop, and manage the national pricing strategy by localizing the Southeast Asia (SEA) regional approach, in close collaboration with other entities in the region
Strengthen project acquisition efforts by collaborating closely with internal teams and representative partners across the Endress+Hauser network
Support knowledge sharing by educating customers and sales partners on industry-relevant applications, emerging trends, and best practices
Provide market insights and field intelligence to the Marketing Director to support short- and long-term strategic planning, including feedback on industry trends, competitive landscape, product needs, and sales forecasts

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation or process automation within the F&B industry. Additional experience in marketing, business development, or consulting is an advantage
Strong understanding of the F&B industry landscape in Indonesia, including technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and experience in cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Very good command of English
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
