Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Indonesia Regional Manager to lead our business development efforts and manage operations across Indonesia. This role will focus on expanding our footprint in the IT manpower outsourcing, software solutions, and BPO services sectors. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading the local team to achieve commercial success.Key Responsibilities

Drive business development efforts for IT outsourcing, software services, and BPO solutions in Indonesia

Build and execute go-to-market strategies to expand regional presence and client baseIdentify and engage enterprise clients, develop relationships, and close strategic dealsLead local sales and operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance managementManage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retentionMonitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, delivery, legal, HR) to ensure service quality and complianceRepresent the company at relevant industry events, forums, and conferencesRequirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, IT manpower outsourcing, or enterprise software solutions
Proven track record in business development and market expansion, preferably in Indonesia
