- Own regional sales performance: Drive enrollment and revenue targets across all academies by setting sales goals, monitoring funnel metrics, and ensuring effective sales execution.
- Lead and coach Area Managers: Develop sales capabilities across the region through structured coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring consistent sales practices at the academy level.
- Align sales operations with central teams: Collaborate with Marketing, Curriculum, and Operations to ensure lead flow, product-market fit, and capacity planning support local sales success.
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and performance metrics.
- Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
