- Customer facing function on solution and portfolio. Influence and sell technical and business value
- Prepare customer facing presentation, conduct standard or customized use case demo, plan and execute Proof of concept based on am unique customer requirements.
- Prepare and response to Request for Proposals (RFP or RFI)
- Participate in new leads and pipeline generations activity
- Contribute knowledge and best practices to community
- Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical;
- Identifies related needs (lead generation, opportunity expansion)
- Identifies likely problem areas that require attention
- Architects an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's business requirements
- Investigates and optimizes a solution's fit to the requirements of an opportunity, both current and future
- Establishes the value proposition of the solutions from competitions.
- Advances opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques
- Builds existing customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor
- Technical university or Bachelor's degree
- Typically, 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical consultative selling and account management
- Ability to speak and write English
- Technical and/or solution experience in appropriate industry
- Experience in vertical industry – FSI, Public Sector or Health and Life Sciences.
- Need strong domain knowledge on Information Management and Security
- Has strong concept and understanding of Security practices like SIEM, end user access management and governance.
- High level understanding of regulations and legislation, such as Sarbane-Oxley, PCI-DSS, CIS, etc.
- Understand machine learning and analytical products and solutions.
- Knowledgeable in relevant solutions knowledge is preferred, e.g. Oracle NetSuite, SAP systems, SailPoint, ManageEngine, Ivanti, FreshWorks and ServiceNow.
- Strong working knowledge in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), with experience in the suite of solutions offered by OpenText, Hyland, IBM, Appian, Laserfiche, M-Files, Gimmal and/or other ECM software providers.
- High-level understanding of critical end-to-end Content Lifecycle Management (CLM) components including Capture (OCR) & Archiving technologies and interconnected solutions including Digital Experience Management (DXP) & Business Process Management (BPM).
- Exposure/Experience in SAP ERP (ECC and S4HANA) functional modules inc. Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and others, covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and others.
