Design and deliver capability-building programs in strategy, finance, leadership, and innovation that address each client's unique challenges.
Gain hands-on experience in facilitation by supporting senior consultants in delivering engaging workshops and simulations, helping bring learning to life for senior leaders.
Conduct research, analyze data, and test simulation programs to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional impact across industries and projects.

What we're looking for:

An outstanding degree from a top university, with skills in presentation and financial or leadership analysis.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (another Asian language is a plus).
Interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and collaborate.
Willingness to travel up to 40-50% during peak periods.
Preference for candidates currently based in Jakarta.
