- Ensure compliance with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and other relevant regulations for all health-related products sold on the platform.
- Act as the regulatory point of contact for internal teams and external partners, including brands and sellers.
- Review and approve product listings, marketing claims, and promotional materials from a regulatory and ethical perspective.
- Collaborate with category managers, legal, and risk teams to develop guidelines that balance compliance and business objectives.
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively assess business impact and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and sellers on regulatory best practices.
- Support the development of health category strategy by identifying opportunities that align with regulatory frameworks.
- Work closely with commercial and operations teams to drive sustainable business growth while maintaining compliance.
- Manage a portfolio of selected sellers as an Account Manager, helping them grow through compliance-aligned strategies, content optimization, and promotional planning.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Apothecary/Pharmacist qualification required).
- Holds a valid Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker (SIPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or health-related roles in the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM, Ministry of Health, etc).
- Solid business acumen and commercial thinking, with the ability to evaluate risk vs. growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in e-commerce platforms, digital health, or tech-enabled FMCG companies.
- Familiar with product listing flows, content moderation, and platform compliance processes.
- Prior involvement in cross-functional projects combining regulatory, commercial, and operational objectives.
- Experience in account management, business development, or category management, especially managing brand/seller performance in an online environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends, category performance, and regulatory risks to influence strategic decisions.
- Strong presentation and training skills; able to educate internal and external stakeholders on compliance topics.
- Comfortable working with data to support decision-making (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or basic data tools).
- Passionate about health innovation, consumer wellness trends, and regulatory evolution in digital commerce.
