- Building Strong Alliances: Develop and nurture relationships with government officials and industry associations to effectively represent the company's position and enhance its corporate reputation.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze policy, legislative, and political developments to identify potential impacts on the business and recommend strategic actions to address them.
- Policy and Messaging: Craft compelling corporate positions and talking points for external engagements. Your work will be crucial in creating a favorable policy environment that supports the company's commercial interests.
- Project Leadership: Assist in managing key Government Affairs projects, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, while also overseeing administrative and substantive reporting.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, project management, or public services.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of Indonesian government rules and procedures.
- Communication: Excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Indonesian are essential.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as political science, international affairs, or journalism.
