- Support the project manager in maintaining overall project control, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage project budgets, meticulously tracking expenses to ensure cost control.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical milestones and potential risks, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Implement and uphold quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards, conducting necessary audits as required.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports for senior management, facilitating effective communication between the project team and stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance data and contract management to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Proactively assist the project manager in identifying and implementing preventive measures or corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
- Utilize project management software and tools to streamline project control processes and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma
- At least 7 years of project controls experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant project control tools
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, with experience in cross-cultural management
- Familiarity with fundamental business principles in the palm oil refinery industry
- Knowledge of legal and contractual standards specific to the palm oil refinery sector in Indonesia
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in commercial management processes
