
Growth & Acquisition Manager - AI Startup

- Paid: Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Organic: SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), content marketing, partnerships, and viral loops.
- Utilize data to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and make data-informed decisions.
- Set up, monitor, and analyze performance metrics across all channels (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates).
- A/B test different creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and user flows to improve performance.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably at a startup or tech company.
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a significant budget.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
