- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the digital advertising landscape in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate favourable terms and close complex sales deals.

- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing directors, media buyers, agency principals, and C-level executives.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record as an Acquisition Manager or similar new business development role.
- Demonstrable experience specifically within the Indonesian digital advertising market is essential. Experience across the broader Southeast Asia region will be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, search, social media advertising, video, mobile, and ad tech solutions.
- Proven ability to open new markets, identify new business opportunities, and close complex sales deals.
- Extensive network of contacts within the advertising agencies, brands, and media companies in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is required.
