2. Responsible as the main PIC for customer satisfaction indicators.
3. Work with business and process owners to maintain/improve customer satisfaction in the critical touchpoints (i.e. quotation, delivery, project execution, technical support, etc.).
4. Focus on VIP customers, country strategic accounts, and specific segment customers to support business impact.Continuous Improvement
1. To lead the journey of VIP connection/engagement, create Customer Journey Mapping and address any pain points with Continuous Improvement projects whenever possible.
2. Drive Lean Office projects; coordinate and support Continuous Improvement projects using tools such as Lean, Kaikaku, 6Sigma, Kaizen, A3, etc.
3. Continuously seeking opportunities for high impact projects for business or customer satisfaction.Quality Management System (QMS)
1. Support global direction to maintain QMS documents and procedures.
2. Perform the annual internal audit as a continuous support to QMS or ISO standards.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Graduate with any major (Business, Math, Management, Engineering)
- Able to collaborate well between external customer, internal stakeholder
- Excellent communication and innitiative person
- Interest with business process (people, produc and event)
