- You will define and implement BI & analytics strategies
- You will in-charge on business performance monitoring on day to day basis.
- You will proactively suggest improvements for visualization, generating charts/tables that give insightful views of key business issues and opportunities.
- You will be accountable for data integrity and quality, ensuring it is continuously maintained and improved.
- You will conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business improvement and initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Familiar with one or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Able to problem solve efficiently and work independently
- Sharp analytical skills. Demonstrate strong logical thinking, verbal and quantitative reasoning proficiency
- Experience with Big Data/Analytics Platform like R, Python, SAS will be added value
