- Define and implement strategies for BI and analytics to support decision-making.
- Track and analyze key business metrics on a daily basis to identify trends and issues.
- Build dashboards, charts, and tables that clearly present key insights and opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, continuously improving data pipelines and standards.
- Conduct deep data exploration to uncover actionable insights that drive initiatives and improvements.
- 3+ years experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Familiar with one or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Able to problem solve efficiently and work independently
- Sharp analytical skills. Demonstrate strong logical thinking, verbal and quantitative reasoning proficiency
- Experience with Big Data/Analytics Platform like R, Python, SAS will be added value
